   - BBFAA President visited WVSU and PNU, met with scholars
   - 2 scholars graduated from WVSU

2008
  
   - BBFAA established the Julita Castro Awkard Memorial Scholarship (JCAMS)
   - 6 new scholarships awarded, 2 at UPMindanao,  4 at PNU,  first JCAMS awardee

2007

   - BBFAA Scholarship Agreement with West Visayas State University, completing the archipelago
   - 67 WVSU students apply for grant: the four best and brightest chosen

 
2006

  - First BBFAA Scholar Marie Vernaiz graduated
  - UPMindanao gets 3 new scholars

2005

  - MOA signed with Philippine Normal University
  - 3 new scholars at PNU funded

 2004

The BBFAA has forged an agreement with UP Mindanao
First scholars selected in June 2004.
